Valuation Services
Our experienced and qualified professional valuers are able to carry out valuations for Inheritance Tax (Probate), Insurance, Family Division, and Open Market (For Sale By Auction) purposes. For written valuations a fee will be charged. If a client requires a home visit with a view to selling goods through one of our Auction Sales, then the service is usually free of charge.
We are able to deal with single items, or a complete house contents, and have access to independent house clearance services as well.
