Office Hours & Appointments
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. By appointment a valuer will be available for a free verbal appraisal, where there is a genuine intention to sell.
We are happy to visit you at home to view larger items free of charge or obligation where there is a genuine intention to sell. Initially a photograph can help to establish if this would be necessary. We don’t just cover the local area either. Our Auctioneers and Valuers regularly travel throughout Kent, parts of Sussex and Surrey, as well as South East London.
7 – 10 days prior to the auction a pre-sale notification will be forwarded to all vendors including a copy of the sale catalogue and an instruction form on which to advise of any reserves or special instruction.
Our auctions have an average selling rate of 90 lots per hour and are also operated by the online portal at www.easyliveauction.com/ibbettmosely/
Commission & Sale Charges
Vendors 15%, plus VAT
£4.00 lotting fee, inclusive of VAT
Where applicable VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
Carriage & Storage charges are additional.
